NDesign History

The National Design Student´s Convention is a political, academic, scientific, cultural, itinerant and non-profit event that takes places every year and which is always connected to a based entity formed by design students. It´s the biggest Design event in Brazil and one of the most important of Latin America. It attracts an average of 2000 people, having already received 4500 students, professionals of the area and associates.

In 2010, Paulo Vitor Bastos, a Design student, under the orientation of his professor Doris Kosminsky, has developed an interactive infographic which summarizes the events that happened thus far. The sofware used was Flash.

Besides the variety of themes and the location of each one, it is interesting to observe the growth and diversity of the number of participants every year and also the most popular regions.
